Once you have purchased an ebook format you should...

Receive an email that will be sent to the email address you supplied with your order. (please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive)

Follow the link and use the unique LOGON and PASSWORD in your email to allow you to access your ebook files.

Download the ZIP compressed ebook file to your computer.

Select the downloaded compressed file on your computer.

Decompress the ebook to the folder of your choice on your computer.

WINZIP is available here for free if you require it to unpack the .zip file.

Copy the extracted files onto your ebook reader (Kindle, Sony, IBook app) from yourcomputer using the methods descibed in your particular ebook reader documentation. (Note. This normally involves connecting your device to the computer using a cable or wireless connection and some proprietory device specific software to import the ebook files to your own device.)

Your ebook should now be ready to be read.
